Mindful West Highland Way

Whilst undertaking one of Scotland’s classic long distance paths you also learn all about being Mindful.  Every evening we cover a different part of what you would learn on an 8 week mindfulness course, whilst every day putting it into practice with mindful moments, body scan, guided relaxation – all so often you sign up for a course but life gets in the way and it can be challenging to integrate these new lessons into your everyday life.  So we are deliberately putting the way in the way – be guided by a qualified mindful and walking guide as you make your way along this classic path, take in the stunning landscapes, breath in the fresh air, engage with nature and stay in generous bell tents, reminiscing of safaris of old, except this time its as much the inward journey as the destination.
