What can they expect in a session?

The answer is each session is different, because we adopt an individualised approach for each person and design your session around you and your needs. What you can expect is a blended application of Life Coaching, NLP and Clinical Hypnotherapy to assist you in making rapid, effective and lasting change.

How many session will I need?

This varies from client to client, some only need one session and some may need up to three. Some courses are specifically longer, for example smoking cessation is three sessions long and weight loss can be between three to six sessions.
